Warning Message:The National Weather Service in Little Rock has issued a
* flood advisory for
  the Arkansas River at Toad Suck lock and dam tailwater.
* Until Friday evening.
* At  5:00 am Thursday the stage was 265.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 275.0 feet.
* Forecast...the river will rise to near 269.5 feet early tomorrow.
* Flow rates will be rising to over 150000 cubic feet per second 
  later today and holding over 150000 for most of tomorrow.
